INSURANCE
Prior to your first appointment, please contact your insurance carrier and inquire about both your In-Network Coverage and your Out-Of-Network Coverage. Currently, I am an Out-of-Network provider. As a courtesy, I will submit claims to insurance on your behalf, when insurance allows.
You will have access to session invoices and “super bills” with all the information generally required for insurance reimbursement, via the secure client portal. You can always request that I create a form for you. This readily available information will ease the insurance submission and reimbursement process.
SLIDING SCALE
A sliding scale fee may be discussed on a case-by-case basis, for those individuals who wish to engage in services, but cannot afford my customary rate. This sliding scale fee is based on current employment, current income, and other relevant factors. Please inquire about the availability of sliding scale fee slots at any given time. Sliding scale fee will be considered for self-pay clients only (not for those using insurance).

BILLING
Session fee is due at the start of each session. I accept cash, check, or credit/debit card payment through the secure client portal.
